Solarium on the ample terrace just above with panoramic views of the city the terrace can be used by other neighbours and although it is usually very quiet can be a nice place to socialise.
The apartment has a lot of light and sun because there are no neighbours or buildings opposite. There is a church opposite which is lower than the building where the flat is.
The metro station Drassanes (L3) is just 1 minute walk, and just outside thee are various bu lines and 3 bicing parkings also off street parking by Paralel which is about 5-10 minute walk. Shops, food market etc is all a few moments on foot. I ti spossble to walk to Plaza de Catalunya or the beach in about 15- 20 minutes.
