We rent big room with private bathroom (bathtub and toilette), fully furnished (desk, closet, double bed, bookcases) and with an outer balcony.
Huge flat (more than 120 m2), with three exterior rooms, ceramics ground, wood ground in the dining room and wi/fi.
Closely of the City center, beside Paral·lel underground station (Lines 2 & 3), five minutes walking of Plaza España and Plaza Catalunya, and fifteen minutes walking of the beach.
Flat to share with two guys of 27 years that study and work. We're looking for a nice person, clean, respectful and organized. We want you to stay minimum two months, but you'll can stay as long as you want.
The price is 450 € with bills included (water, electricity, gas, Internet). Guarantee 400 Euros.

Piso muy grande, de más de 120 m2, con tres habitaciones exteriores, suelo de cerámica y parquet en el comedor, con wi/fi.
Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, al lado del metro de Paral·lel (Lineas 2 y 3). A cinco minutos andando de plaza España y de plaza Catalunya, y a quince minutos de la playa.
Piso a compartir con dos chicos de 27 años que estudian y trabajan. Estamos buscando una persona responsable, limpia, respetuosa y ordenada para una estancia mínimo de dos meses, pero con posibilidad de larga duración si así lo prefieres.
El precio es de 450 € con todos los gastos incluídos (agua, electricidad, gas e Internet), con una fianza de 400 €.
