Single room, with single bed, a desk, an inside window and a lot of wardrobes. We would like to find a responsible, clean, tidy, quiet and of course happy person, to have a good convivence.
The flat is really good comunicated, it has really near metro, bus, train and bicing! 2 minutes walking from the Plaza de Sants and 6 minutes to Sants Estació (central train station). To Plaza Catalunya, 10 minutes and good transport to the airport. The neighbourhood is really happy, there are 2 markets, supermarkets (Mercadona, Caprabo, Consum, Condis, etc.) and also a lot of all kind of shops (clothes, shoes, stationery, ...).
The apartment has WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and everything that is necesary!! ALL TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Se ofrece habitación individual, con cama individual, escritorio, ventana interior, y mucho espacio en armarios. Nos gustaría encontrar a una persona, responsable, limpia, ordenada, tranquila, y alegre, que podamos tener una buena convivencia.
El piso está muy bien comunicado, a través de metro, bus, trenes, y bicing! Está a 2 minutos andando de la parada de metro de Plaza de Sants y a 6 minutos de Sants Estació. Se llega a Plaza Catalunya en 10 minutos y muy buena combinación al aeropuerto, en bus y en tren. La zona es muy alegre, hay mercado, tiendas de todo tipo (Carretera de Sants) y supermercados (Mercadona, Caprabo, Consum, Día, Condis...).
En el piso tenemos internet wifi y teléfono fijo (se pueden hacer llamadas a teléfonos fijos nacionales gratis), hay lavadora, lavavajillas, plancha, y todo lo necesario! TODOS LOS GASTOS INCLUIDOS
